  • Check-in: from 02:00 PM

  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM

  • Please respect check-out time so we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.

  • Please treat the apartment, furniture, and equipment with care.
  • Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness during their stay.
  • Any damage, malfunction, or breakage must be reported to the host immediately.
  • Guests may be charged for damages caused by misuse or negligence.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas such as balconies or terraces.

  • Please use ashtrays provided and do not throw cigarette butts onto the ground.

  • Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

  • Guests are fully responsible for their pets at all times.

  • Pets must not disturb other guests or neighbors.

  • Pets must not be left alone in the apartment for extended periods.

  • Please use electricity and water responsibly.

  • Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when leaving the apartment.

  • Do not leave air conditioning on while windows or doors are open.

  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

  • Visitors must be announced in advance and must respect house rules.

  • Parties, celebrations, and events are not allowed.

  • Guests are responsible for all keys during their stay.

  • Lost or damaged keys may result in a replacement fee.

  • Always lock doors and close windows when leaving the apartment.

  • The host is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen personal belongings.
