Near the Stara Novalja settlement, the Jadra beach has been developed.
It is thematically divided into three sections: the main (family) beach, a dog beach, and a nudist beach.
Access ramps with handrails have been installed, along with changing rooms, showers, benches, and other urban equipment, and the sunbathing area has been expanded.
As part of the project, a promenade with public lighting has also been built, stretching from Jadra beach to the Drljanda cove (old pier).

In a gentle cove on the northwestern part of the island of Pag, on a sheltered, sun-exposed, gentle slope, lies Stara Novalja with Planjka – Trinćel Beach. This beach attracts many tourists due to its cleanliness, beauty, appeal, and variety of facilities.

Since the summer of 2004, the beach has carried the Blue Flag as proof of its high quality.
